At M**Bun, every product is freshly prepared, using fresh, local ingredients, carefully chosen to enhance the authentic flavors of our area. The quality of raw materials is monitored daily, to ensure our customers have a genuine and always fresh experience that respects tradition.
Our farm
Our farm has been producing meat for three generations, with a special focus on Fassone meat of the Piedmontese breed, certified by the Coalvi Consortium.
Year after year sensitivity and awareness have grown, hand in hand with improvements in production systems, to a level of quality we are proud of.
Km 0 and short supply chain are two cornerstones in our catering concept: more than 92 percent of purchases are made directly and without intermediaries from Piedmontese suppliers to ensure product quality and freshness.
Our production is limited to honor the quality
Our rigorously selected suppliers operate according to precise standards, respecting animals and the land. We use only fresh, unfrozen produce, to which no other ingredients are added, no preservatives, no additives or binders. Try to check the list of ingredients and you will find that it is very short: to serve a good product only the essential ones are needed, nothing more.
We are attentive to the dietary needs and preferences of all our customers. Since 2010, almost all dishes on our menu can be prepared in gluten-free versions. It is important to report allergies or intolerances at checkout.
