What is M**Bun?
M**bun is a Turin-based agri-hamburgeria established in 2009 with the philosophy of bringing the concept of “slow fast food” to your tables. We use only Piedmontese Fassone meat from Azienda Agricola Scaglia and 0 km ingredients. The name? In Piedmontese dialect it means “just good,” and those asterisks we carry proudly after a battle with a certain American fast food giant. Today we have 4 outlets between Turin and Rivoli!

What are the opening hours?
Corso Siccardi, Via Rattazzi and Rivoli: Mon-Fri 12:00-3:30 p.m. and 5:30-11:00 p.m. | Sat-Sun 12:00-11:00 p.m.
Corso Galileo Ferraris: Mon-Fri 08:00-23:00 | Sat-Sun 08:00-23:00
Do you have a take-out/home delivery service?
Yes! You can order takeout at all our stores, you can find us on Glovo.
I forgot something from you, what do I do?
Call the store where you have been as soon as possible. We store lost items and will do our best to return them to you!
Is there free WiFi?
Yes, there is free WiFi in all our stores. Sign up for access to WiFi!
Can I come to work/study with you?
Absolutely. We are the ideal place for smartworking or studying, especially on weekdays. You have WiFi, outlets for charging, and a quiet environment. Of course, on weekends we are busier. The Corso Galileo Ferraris location opens at 8:00 a.m.-perfect for early starters!
Is there parking?

- Corso Siccardi: area with paid parking spaces nearby
- Via Rattazzi: paid parking spaces, near Porta Nuova station
- Corso Galileo Ferraris: large free parking lot (near Pala Alpitour)
- Rivoli: parking available in the immediate vicinity
Are you reachable by public transportation?
Absolutely. All of our locations are well connected:
- Corso Siccardi: Vinzaglio metro stop
- Via Rattazzi: a 2-minute walk from Porta Nuova
- Corso Galileo Ferraris: bus 35, 58
- Rivoli: easily reached by suburban bus
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! We only ask that they be leashed and respect other customers. Fresh water for Fido always available!

Do you have options for celiacs?
Absolutely! All of our burgers and sandwiches can be made with gluten-free bread. Just request it when ordering. The quality and taste remain the same, our celiac customers tell us all the time.
Do you have dishes for lactose intolerant or vegetarians?
Of course! You will find several vegetarian options on our menu, and we can prepare dairy-free dishes upon request. Let’s talk about it at the counter, we always find the right solution.
Where does your meat come from?
All meat comes from the family farms of the Scaglia Farm in Rivoli. Our Piedmontese Fassona cattle are raised using traditional methods and fed on grains grown in our fields. Very short supply chain.
Do you eat breakfast?
Indeed! The store on Corso Galileo Ferraris opens at 8 a.m. just for breakfast. Coffee, cappuccinos, brioche and more to start the day off right.
Do you serve aperitifs?
Of course! From 5:30 p.m. on, you can have drinks with us. Craft beers, drinks, cutting boards and our fresh chips. Piedmont happy hour the way we like it!
Can I customize my burger?
Sure, you can add or remove ingredients according to your taste. Talk to us at the counter, we are flexible!
Do you organize birthday parties?
Indeed! We specialize in children’s parties with customizable packages. We have dedicated play areas and reservable spaces in different outlets.
How much does a birthday party cost?
Prices vary depending on the number of children and the package chosen. For a detailed quote, please contact us directly at the store of your interest. We usually organize parties from 8-12 children and up.
What services are included?
We can arrange:
- Hall/reserved space
- Snacks (sandwiches, chips, soft drinks)
- Birthday cake
- Animation (upon request)
- Photographer (upon request)
Packages start from the basic formula (room + snack) to the full package with entertainer and customized cake.
Is there a play area?
Some outlets have dedicated play areas. To find out which ones and reserve the most suitable space, we suggest you call your favorite venue directly!
Do you welcome school groups?
Of course. We are equipped to accommodate school groups on field trips. We have experience with large groups including children and chaperones, but it is essential to book in advance.
How does it work for groups?
We prepare dedicated menus with formulas designed for the needs of schools. We can handle:
- Special diets (celiac disease, intolerances, meatless)
- Large groups with reservations
- Appropriate price ranges for schools
Do you need reservations for large groups?
We want your experience to live up to expectations, so yes. For groups over 10 people, it is essential to book in advance. Write to us at info@mbun.it or contact the store you are interested in directly.
Do you need a reservation?
For normal lunches/dinners (2-4 people) it is usually not needed, but on weekends there can be a turnout. For groups, parties, or if you have special needs, we always recommend calling ahead.

What does "slow fast food" mean?
It means we have the convenience and speed of fast food (sandwiches, fries, quick service) but with the philosophy of slow food: wholesome ingredients, short supply chain, local products, respect for the environment and those who eat them.
Are your materials sustainable?
Indeed! We use recyclable and biodegradable materials for packaging. Environmental sustainability has been part of our mission from the beginning.
Why M**Bun with asterisks?
It’s a story we like to tell! In 2009 we opened as “Mac Bun,” which means “just good” in Piedmontese, but an American fast food giant did not like our name. We had to put the asterisks, but they have now proudly become part of our identity.
